pojak Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of pojak and form a binding legal agreement between you and pojak. By registering or placing a bet, you confirm you have read and accepted all terms below.
Introduction and Agreement
Welcome to pojak. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pojak ("pojak", "we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the pojak website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, payment facilities, promotional offers, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing, registering on, or using pojak in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using pojak and close your account. pojak reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. 1Eligibility and Age Verification
To open a pojak account and access the Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict, non-negotiable minimum age requirement that applies to all players regardless of their location within Bangladesh.
- You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, corporation, or other legal entity.
- You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that would make it unlawful for you to access or use online gaming services.
- You must not have been previously excluded from pojak or had a pojak account permanently closed for Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform.
- You must provide accurate and truthful registration information including your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details. pojak reserves the right to request KYC documentation to verify your identity at any stage.
pojak may conduct age and identity verification checks at any time. Where a player is found to not meet the eligibility criteria, pojak reserves the right to void all bets placed and to close the account without return of deposited funds where fraudulent activity is identified. Players who suspect they have a gambling problem are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available in their account settings or contact support directly.
2Account Registration and Security
Each player may hold only one pojak account. The opening of multiple accounts by a single player constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being permanently closed. pojak accounts are personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. pojak will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
- You must notify pojak immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your password has been compromised.
- All registration information must be accurate and kept up to date. pojak may request updated documents at any time as part of ongoing KYC obligations.
- pojak accounts must be used solely for personal recreational gambling. Using an account for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity is strictly forbidden and will be reported to relevant authorities.
- pojak may close or suspend an account at any time without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent behaviour, or security risk.
pojak sessions are secured using SSL encryption. All login activity is logged and monitored for security purposes. Players are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and to avoid accessing their pojak account from shared or public devices.
3Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
pojak accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) only. The following deposit conditions apply to all players:
- Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and local bank transfers (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank). pojak reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however pojak may request source-of-funds documentation for unusually large deposits as part of its anti-money-laundering procedures.
- Deposits are credited to your pojak account balance in Bangladeshi Taka. No currency conversion fees are applied. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically processed and available within 60 seconds.
- pojak does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits will be refunded and the account may be reviewed.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. The following withdrawal conditions apply:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed and will remain in the account balance.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 2 hours for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank. Processing times apply uniformly across Bangladesh — Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.
- pojak reserves the right to conduct enhanced identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Players may be required to submit identification documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
- Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Withdrawing before meeting the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
4Bonuses and Promotions
pojak offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:
- Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. A player must have completed account registration and passed any required verification checks before a bonus can be credited.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirement (rollover) for each offer is stated in that offer's promotional terms.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly without completing the wagering requirement. pojak reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being claimed.
- pojak reserves the right to void and reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated abuse.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotional offer are subject to the specific free spin terms of that offer, including game restrictions, spin value, and wagering requirements on any winnings generated.
Promotional offers are available to Bangladesh-based players and may be subject to additional eligibility conditions specific to each campaign. pojak does not guarantee any minimum level of promotional activity and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional programme at any time.
5Betting and Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activity on pojak is subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules are available within each game's interface and take precedence over these general rules where there is a conflict:
- Bets placed and confirmed by the player are final and cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except where pojak explicitly permits in-play cash-out functionality for a specific market.
- All casino games on pojak use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology certified by independent testing laboratories. pojak does not influence game outcomes. Results are determined solely by the RNG system.
- In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during an active game session, pojak will use its best endeavours to reconstruct the outcome based on logged game state data. Where reconstruction is not possible, the round will be voided and any stake returned to the player's balance.
- Sports betting markets — including BPL cricket, T20, IPL, football, kabaddi, and other markets — are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. pojak's settlement decision is final in all cases.
- Collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software errors, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.
6Responsible Gaming
pojak is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming provisions are available to all registered players:
- Deposit limits — players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 7-day cooling-off period.
- Session time limits — players may set a maximum session duration. A notification will appear when the session limit is approaching and the session will be automatically closed once the limit is reached.
- Self-exclusion — players may request a temporary exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion from pojak. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
- Reality checks — players may enable periodic reminders showing time spent and money wagered during the current session, helping maintain awareness of gambling activity.

7Intellectual Property
All content on pojak — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphic design, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is owned by or licensed to pojak and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the pojak platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse engineered, or used for commercial purposes without pojak's prior written consent.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pojak platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights and may be revoked at any time by pojak.
8Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pojak's liability to any player is limited as follows:
- pojak is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.
- pojak does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party network issues are outside pojak's direct control.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pojak's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
9Account Suspension and Termination
pojak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account in the following circumstances:
- Material breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to age misrepresentation, multiple account creation, collusion, or fraudulent deposit activity.
- A player's voluntary request to close their account, including self-exclusion requests. Voluntary closure requests submitted to [email protected] will be processed within 24 hours.
- Regulatory or legal requirement to close or restrict access to a player's account, including requests from relevant enforcement authorities.
10Amendments to These Terms
pojak may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the pojak website. The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless a specific effective date is stated. Where changes are material, pojak will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or contact number held on their account.
Your continued use of pojak after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using pojak and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
